Using APTP
Last updated: 24 October 2026
Your appointment and account
APTP provides access to appointments confirmed by Huzz Ink Clinic, treatment-specific consent, care instructions, private photo submissions and practitioner follow-up. Sign in using the account linked to your appointment or assigned clinic role. Contact the clinic if a record is missing or incorrect; clients cannot book or change treatment times in the app.
Keep your account and device secure. Use only your own account or the guardian account verified by the clinic. Do not access another person’s records, share private photo links or upload material unrelated to your care.
Consent and treatment
Signing in does not consent to treatment. Each appointment has a separate treatment-specific consent document and an explicit choice to agree or decline. Read it and discuss questions with your practitioner before submitting. If you need help understanding the English form, contact your practitioner before agreeing.
Clinic staff record the actual treatment, its start and end, documentation and payment status. The app records these facts; it does not itself process a card payment or confirm that treatment is suitable for you. DHA material linked in the app is a reference and does not imply DHA endorsement of APTP or the clinic’s consent forms.
Aftercare and follow-up
Follow the instructions assigned by your treating professional. Reminders and photo reviews support that care and do not replace a consultation. The app is not an emergency service and messages are not continuously monitored. Seek appropriate urgent care for an emergency rather than waiting for an app response.
Notifications depend on your device settings and connection. Check the care timeline for pending steps if a notification does not arrive. Only a saved confirmation in the app means an action was recorded; contact the clinic if an upload or submission fails.
