HUZZ INK CLINIC · APTP
Privacy notice
Last updated: 24 October 2026
APTP is Huzz Ink Clinic’s appointment and aftercare application. This notice explains how information is used in the app. For questions about your record, contact info@huzzink.com.
Your account and Google sign-in
Google sign-in supplies your account identifier, verified email and basic profile information, such as your name and profile picture when available. APTP uses your verified identity to sign you in, recover your account and connect you to the clinic record or staff role assigned to you. It does not request access to your Gmail messages, contacts, calendar or Drive files.
Information in your clinic record
The clinic records appointment details, treatment and site, practitioner assignments, consent choices and accepted document versions, relevant guardian information, payment amounts and methods, care steps, photos, practitioner feedback and activity timestamps. APTP records payment status; its forms do not collect card numbers.
This information supports your appointment, treatment documentation, aftercare, follow-up, account security and an audit history of changes. Photographs submitted for your treatment record are not permission to use them in advertising or publish them.
Who can access it
Access in APTP is limited by role: the patient, a clinic-verified linked guardian, the assigned technician and clinic administrators. Photos are kept in private storage and viewed through temporary authorized links. Providers that operate the hosting, database, authentication and notification services process information needed to provide those services.
Hosting and international processing
APTP uses a separate Supabase project in Tokyo, Japan for its database, authentication records and private photo storage. Vercel hosts the web application, with application functions configured in Tokyo. Google provides Google sign-in. Resend delivers account sign-in emails from auth.aptp.ae using its Tokyo sending region; these emails contain a private, one-time account link and no treatment details or photographs. Provider networks, security systems and support operations may process technical information in other countries; the service is not restricted to storage or processing in the UAE.
Cookies and optional notifications
Essential session cookies keep you signed in. APTP uses a service worker for its installable app and offline screen. Push notifications are optional and require your permission; the app stores a device subscription to deliver them. Notification content avoids patient names, photos and treatment details. You can disable notifications in the app or your device settings and still view your care timeline while online.
Retention and requests
Clinic records and audit history are retained until the clinic authorizes their removal under its record-retention obligations. The app does not automatically delete your clinic record when you sign out or disconnect Google. Contact info@huzzink.com to request access, correction, account closure or deletion, or to ask about the retention period for your record. The clinic will verify your identity and explain any records it must retain.
You can also remove APTP’s Google connection in your Google Account settings. This stops future Google access through that connection; it does not itself delete previously recorded clinic information.
Changes and contact
The date above identifies this version. For privacy questions or a concern about access to your account, email info@huzzink.com. Avoid including treatment photos or detailed health information in an initial email.
